Prog: used to select the device programing mode. If initially pushed and kept, after bus connection, “secure mode” is set.

Led: Led “on” indicates programming mode. Led “on” and “off” alternatively every 0,5s, the device is in “secure mode”.

IR emitter: infrared flasher diode to send commands to the split.

Hardware Information

• Make sure during the installation that there is always sufficient insulation between the mains voltage and the bus or the extensions. A minimum spacing of 4 mm must be ensured between the bus/extension wires and the mains wires. Connecting an external voltage endangers the electrical safety of the entire KNX/EIB system.
• The IR emitter must be fixed to the air conditioner receptor. The protective capsule mustn’t be retired.
